The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) has released its Proposed Remedial Action Plan (PRAP) to clean up contamination at the former Fulton MGP site. The PRAP was developed with information gained from the Remedial Investigation completed by National Grid, under the supervision of the DEC, in 2012.

The DEC will be accepting public comments through May 3, 2015 and will be sponsoring a public meeting on Thursday, April 16, 2015 from 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM at the Wyckoff Gardens Community Center, 280 Wyckoff Street in Brooklyn.

Written comments will also be accepted via mail or email through May 3, 2015. Comments may be submitted to:
